Mud agitator
The mud agitator is a device that continuously and reliably stirs the drilling fluid to achieve stable and reliable performance in order to maintain the uniformity of the drilling fluid and suspend the solid particles. The mud agitator is installed on the tank surface, usually one is required to be installed every 3 meters, or one is installed in each bin. The model is determined according to the capacity and size of the specific tank or bin. In addition to conventional models, customized services can also be provided according to user needs.
Application:
Mud agitators are widely used in oil, gas drilling and geological exploration:
1. Mud preparation: Before drilling, water, clay, chemical treatment agents and other raw materials are mixed and stirred to prepare drilling mud that meets the requirements
2. Prevent sedimentation: During the drilling process, the mud is continuously stirred to prevent solid particles from settling and keep the mud performance uniform and stable
