How long is the Warranty Period?
We offer varying Warranty Periods tailored to different products, ensuring peace of mind.
For wearing parts, the Warranty Period is 6 months after leaving the factory, or 3 months after receipt of goods.
For general accessories, enjoy a Warranty Period of 18 months after factory departure, or 12 months post-receipt.
Large mechanical parts come with a Warranty Period of 24 months after leaving the factory, or 18 months after receipt.
Are all Test reports and Certificates and COO provided?
We offer a variety of Test Reports tailored to each product's specifications.
All necessary tests, including pressure tests, mechanical properties, quenching and tempering, chemical composition, and ultrasonic inspection, are conducted to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
Can detailed pictures be provided for checking?
