Second generation (Adjustable Washpipe Assembly)
Incorporating Utex packing from the USA and domestic supersonic tungsten carbide flushing pipes, this innovation significantly extended lifespan under high-pressure, oil-based mud environments.

Third generation (Mechanical Washpipe Assembly)

Mechanical Washpipe Assembly;

This advanced mechanical seal washpipe assembly features an upper connecting nut, static ring, dynamic ring, anti-rotation pin, and lower connecting nut. It promises extended service life, simplified maintenance, and superior stability. Each session requires only the replacement of dynamic and static rings. Under standard operations, the washpipe seal's lifespan extends up to 1700 hours with pressure levels of 5000PSI and 7500PSI. It is adaptable to NOV and various domestic Top Drive models, showcasing its superiority in high-pressure (5000PSI) and high-temperature (>100 degrees Celsius) environments. Its maintenance-free lifespan reduces downtime, thereby optimizing operations.

Daily maintenance:

1. Lubrication management: Regularly enhance equipment longevity by adding grease to crucial nodes daily (2-4 flushes per location) to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
2. Leakage Check: Diligently monitor for any mud seeping at the connection between the flushing pipe and the main shaft. If you notice that the leakage exceeds a mere 5 drops per minute, halt the operation immediately and proceed to replace the seal to ensure optimal performance and safety.
