The VARCO top drive Manifold (Part No.: 114174) is the core hydraulic/pneumatic control component of the top drive drilling system, designed for precise control of fluid power transmission and operational safety of top drive equipment. The valve plate is integrated into the VARCO top drive system and is suitable for high-intensity operating environments on land and offshore drilling platforms, and is known for its reliability, durability and efficiency.				1.Valve body base Material: Made of high-strength alloy steel or special stainless steel, surface hardened, corrosion-resistant and high-pressure resistant (maximum working pressure can reach 5000 psi). Structure: Multi-layer composite flow channel design, optimizing fluid path to reduce pressure loss. .

2.Core control valve group
Solenoid reversing valve: Used to control the flow direction of drilling fluid or hydraulic oil, response time <50ms, support remote automation operation.
Pressure regulating valve: Accurately stabilize system pressure, equipped with overload protection function to prevent hydraulic shock.
Check valve/relief valve: Ensure one-way flow and system pressure release to ensure pipeline safety.
3.Sealing assembly
Sealing ring: Made of fluororubber (FKM) or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), resistant to extreme temperatures from -40ºC to 200ºC and chemical corrosion.
Dustproof structure: Built-in particle filter to prevent impurities from entering the valve body and causing blockage.

1-Package and transportation
