How long is the Warranty Period?
We offer different warranty periods tailored to our diverse range of products.
For wearing parts, we provide a warranty period of 6 months post-factory departure, or 3 months after goods receipt.
General accessories come with a warranty period of 18 months post-factory departure, or 12 months after goods receipt.
For large mechanical parts, we extend a warranty period of 24 months post-factory departure, or 18 months after goods receipt.
Are all Test reports and Certificates and COO will be supplied?
We provide specific test reports for each product, ensuring you receive the necessary documentation for your peace of mind.
For all our products, comprehensive testing is conducted, including pressure testing, mechanical properties testing, quenching and tempering, chemical composition analysis, and ultrasonic inspection reports, among others.
