- Gooseneck Assembly
The gooseneck is expertly engineered for well logging, ensuring seamless operations. During drilling, the use of corrosion-resistant liners and nuts effectively blocks the upper high-pressure mud pipeline, preventing any chance of mud overflow.
One end of the gooseneck is precisely designed to connect with the wash pipe assembly. The wash pipe assembly boasts a super high-pressure structure, playing a crucial role in sealing high-pressure mud. It features an innovative self-sealing and rapid disassembly design. When the wash pipe and packing experience wear and need replacement, simply open the cover of the upper and lower packing to effortlessly remove the entire device without the need to detach the gooseneck and the mud hose, making it remarkably convenient to halt drilling for replacements at any given time throughout the drilling process.
The opposite end of the gooseneck seamlessly connects with the mud hose, utilizing a robust 4-inch female union, with the thread type specifically designed as Fig1003.
