2. Hydraulic drive system
The hydraulic cylinder and piston system is a marvel of engineering. Controlled by a state-of-the-art solenoid valve, the oil circuit's direction is expertly managed, driving the piston to glide effortlessly. This ensures the jaw support extends and retracts seamlessly, achieving flawless clamping and release actions.

Our anti-loosening device is equipped with a sophisticated mechanical mechanism and dual PLC control system, ensuring the clamp remains secure and steadfast, preventing accidental loosening during operations.

4. Auxiliary Function Components
Our shock absorption system is a breakthrough, integrating a high-performance shock absorption spring and guide shaft. This system effectively absorbs drill string vibrations, safeguarding the structural integrity of the clamp.
The anti-torque frame is robustly designed to transmit anti-torque forces directly to the Top Drive body. This rigid connection guarantees operational stability, even under the most demanding conditions.

5. Safety and Adaptability Design
Designed with a retaining wall support structure, our product prevents lateral displacement and significantly enhances its capacity to withstand eccentric loads.
