How long is the Warranty Period?
Please note that the Warranty Period varies depending on the product type.
For wearing parts, the warranty is valid for 6 months post-factory departure or 3 months after receipt, whichever comes first.
General accessories come with a warranty of 18 months from the factory dispatch date, or 12 months from the date of receipt.
Large mechanical parts benefit from an extended warranty of 24 months from leaving the factory, or 18 months upon receiving the goods.
Are all Test reports and Certificates and COO will be supplied?
Yes, different products come with their respective test reports.
For all our products, we conduct essential tests including pressure testing, mechanical properties assessment, quenching and tempering, chemical composition analysis, and ultrasonic inspection reports, among others.
Can supply the detail picture for checking?
