      1. Gooseneck Assembly
Expertly tailored for well logging, the gooseneck in our system showcases a corrosion-resistant liner and secure nuts. These components effectively seal the upper high-pressure mud pipeline, skillfully preventing mud overflow during drilling operations.
Ingeniously designed, one end of the gooseneck is seamlessly integrated with the wash pipe assembly. This wash pipe assembly thrives on a super high-pressure design, ensuring the finest seal for high-pressure mud. It boasts a self-sealing capability along with a rapid disassembly structure, simplifying maintenance. In the event of wear, replacing the wash pipe and packing is straightforward: simply open the covers of the upper and lower packing and remove the entire device without detaching the gooseneck. This thoughtful design allows for easy cessation of drilling to facilitate convenient replacement at any point during the drilling process.
The opposite end of the gooseneck is expertly connected to the mud hose, implemented through a 4-inch female union with a thread type of Fig1003, ensuring a secure and reliable connection.
Emphasizing safety, a mud prevention device is strategically installed at the junction of the main shaft and the wash pipe, fully aligning with the stringent demands of site operations.
      1. Rotating Head
Our system includes a sophisticated rotating head mechanism capable of independent rotation from the main shaft. The elevator links are meticulously suspended on the link adaptor, ensuring smooth and effective operation.
The worm gear transmission structure is employed for seamless and smooth driving,
allowing the rotating head to effortlessly rotate both clockwise and counterclockwise at a full 360°. It synchronously rotates the elevator link and elevator, enabling efficient handling of single pipes in the mouse hole or the triple stem on the monkey board, enhancing operational efficiency.
Our rotating head is powered by a state-of-the-art hydraulic motor system featuring the Danfoss cycloid motor. This guarantees a speed range of 2 to 5 r/min, delivering powerful and precise rotation.

The advanced tilt cylinder design empowers the system to swing the elevator link, achieving both forward and backward tilt. The forward tilt function allows the elevator to extend seamlessly to the mouse hole and monkey board, while the backward tilt function brings the lower end surface of the back-up tong close to the drilling platform, optimizing the use of drilling tools.
With a tilt range influenced by the elevator link length, our system offers a forward tilt angle of 30° and a backward tilt angle of 55° (both adjustable), catering to diverse drilling needs.
