To achieve optimal performance, adhere to these essential usage guidelines for the shale shaker: Prior to operation, carefully remove the frame pressure groove. Every 48 hours, ensure the vibrator motor is lubed with fresh grease. Upon startup, verify that the motor's rotation aligns with the arrow mark. New screen cloths require an initial 30-minute tensioning, followed by a re-tightening. Upon completion of operations, cleanse the screen cloth with clean water. Choose screen cloths with the appropriate mesh size, maintain a leveled and properly tensioned screen for peak functionality.
