Product Description

A cam ollower mechanism is a profiled shape mounted on a shaft that causes a lever or follower to move. Cams are used to convert rotary to linear (reciprocating) motion. As the cam rotates, the follower rises and falls in a process known as reciprocating motion.

VSP cam pollowers are designed to suit for Varco Tesco top drive. they are installied on the both side of top drive carriage to make the travelling up and down smoothly and safely on guide rail.

 It is adapted a hard alloy teel and specific seals to guarantee the long service life and safety.

Technical Support

After the sales contract execution, during the top drive assembly, customers can send two people to the factory for manufacturing supervision, the manufacturer is responsible for the supervisor personnel accommodation and work conditions, at the same time perform the technically training in the installation disassembly, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting in10 days for free, training methods including factory technical lectures and operation practice, etc.
1)After the top drive equipment arrives at the operation site and receives a written notice from the customer, the manufacturer shall send a service engineer to the customer's site to provide free well guidance service for no more than 30 days. The services include on-site guidance and training of the operators to complete the installation, debugging, disassembly, temporary fault repair and maintenance of the top drive.
2)For the technical consultation from the client, if the communication situation can be guaranteed, the manufacturer shall provide a written reply by email or fax within 24 hours, and provide free remote technical support on line.
3)After the free well site service period, if the customer needs additional field technical services, the customer may negotiate the required technical services and support with the manufacturer
4)The manufacturer shall, with the assistance of the customer, obtain the corresponding national visa for the prescribed technical service personnel, and make sure that it can provide effective technical support and service to the customer at any time
5)For the top drive and spare parts already purchased by the customer, according to the technical upgrade and update progress of the manufacturer, timely provide the latest technical information to the customer, and provide the technical upgrade suggestions and support to the customer. For Each top drive,the manufacturer shall train four workers and issue the certificate to them who can use and carry out simple maintenance.
