A revolutionary mechanical seal washpipe assembly, featuring an upper connecting nut, static ring, dynamic ring, anti-rotation pin, and lower connecting nut. With an extended service life, straightforward maintenance, and robust operation, it necessitates only periodic replacement of dynamic and static rings. Under standard operations, the washpipe seal's lifespan expands, supporting continuous operation for up to 1700 hours. Accommodates pressure levels of 5000PSI and 7500PSI, adapting to NOV and a spectrum of domestic Top Drive models. Its advantages shine in environments with pressures up to 5000PSI and temperatures beyond 100°C.
