      1. Main Motor and Air Cooling System
The main motor is a bespoke single top drive AC frequency conversion asynchronous motor with a robust power of 290KW. Key technical parameters include:

      1. Gooseneck Assembly
The gooseneck is meticulously engineered for well logging. During drilling, corrosion-resistant liners and nuts are employed to seal the upper high-pressure mud pipeline, effectively preventing mud overflow.
One end of the gooseneck is seamlessly connected to the wash pipe assembly. This assembly employs a super high-pressure structure, crucial for sealing high-pressure mud, and features a self-sealing, rapid disassembly design. When wear necessitates replacement of the wash pipe and packing, simply open the cover of the upper and lower packing to remove the entire device without detaching the gooseneck or the mud hose. This design allows for easy cessation of drilling to facilitate replacement at any point during the drilling process.
At one extremity of the gooseneck, a seamless connection is established with a 4-inch female mud hose, ensuring a flawless, robust link. The union is designed with utmost precision, featuring a Fig1003 thread type to ensure a secure and efficient connection.
A highly efficient mud prevention device is strategically installed between the main shaft and the wash pipe, meticulously crafted to meet the rigorous demands of site operations.
      1. Rotating Head
The system includes a rotating head that operates independently from the main shaft. The elevator links are expertly suspended on the link adaptor, ensuring seamless function. Carefully engineered elevator links are suspended on the link adaptor, enhancing operational efficiency and reliability.
The adoption of a worm gear transmission structure facilitates remarkably smooth and efficient driving.

The function of the pressure relief overflow valve is to adjust the working pressure of the balance cylinder to meet the weight of the body; the accumulator acts as buffer, shock absorption and pressure protection. The balance cylinder is equipped with safety overflow valve with pressure set of 17MPa to prevent impact load to protect the hydraulic cylinder.
Second line: the main motor brake oil circuit.,consists of EX solenoid reversing valves.
