I. Pre-Maintenance Preparation

1. System Depressurization & Isolation

II. Disassembly Procedure

1. Hydraulic Lines & Support
   • Disconnect all hydraulic lines from the clamp cylinder; seal fittings with protective caps.
   • Secure the cylinder body using a support frame to prevent falling hazards.
2. Disassembly of Key Components
   • Remove the bottom bracket: Extract 2 hex bolts and lock washers, then remove spring washers, liners, and springs.
   • Separate the cylinder body: Gently slide it off the torque clamp assembly.
3. Jaw & Seal System
   • Remove 16 hex screws/washers securing the lock bushing; extract the wear bushing (replace if worn beyond tolerance limits).
