Mechanical Washpipe Assembly;

Introducing an advanced mechanical seal washpipe assembly, featuring components such as the upper connecting nut, static ring, dynamic ring, dynamic ring anti-rotation pin, and lower connecting nut. With its prolonged service life, straightforward maintenance, and reliable performance, only the dynamic and static rings need replacement. In regular operations, the washpipe seal's lifespan can extend to 1700 hours. It accommodates pressure levels of 5000PSI and 7500PSI, compatible with NOV and diverse domestic Top Drive models. Its excellence shines in environments where pressures soar to 5000PSI and temperatures surpass 100 degrees Celsius. Maintenance-free throughout its normal service life, it saves considerable downtime and maintenance for disc root washpipe, minimizing operational disruption.
