Single screw pumps are ideal equipment for supplying slurry to centrifuges without shearing and stirring the slurry. The main components include the screw shaft (rotor) and the screw sleeve (stator). Due to the unique geometries of the two parts, they respectively generate extrusion volumes. The waste slurry flows along the shaft with a low internal flow rate, maintaining capacity and stable pressure, thus avoiding vortex and stirring. The screw of the pump is made of stainless steel, and the GN all-stainless steel body screw pump is optional.
The screw pump can be driven by a coupler, or the speed can be adjusted through a variable speed motor, a triangular V-belt, a gearbox, etc. The G series screw pumps have few accessories, a compatible structure, a small volume, and are easy to maintain. The rotor and stator are the wearing parts of the pump and are convenient to replace. The stator is made of artificial rubber material and has special advantages over other pumps in transferring waste slurry with high viscosity and hard suspended solids.
