The permanent magnet synchronous AC variable frequency motor is used to directly drive the main shaft, without the need for a reduction gearbox, and the energy consumption is reduced by 20%~30% compared with the traditional asynchronous motor. The cooling system is smaller and has lower noise .
The inverter dynamically adjusts the motor power according to the load, reduces no-load energy consumption, and has a significant comprehensive power saving rate .
