G Series Screw Pump

The G-series single-screw pump is engineered with precision, featuring its primary components: the eccentric screw (rotor) and the fixed bushing (stator). The unique geometric design of these parts creates distinct sealed cavities, ensuring that the medium flows smoothly in an axial direction with minimal internal flow rate, maintaining a constant volume and stable pressure. This design effectively eliminates any eddy currents or agitation. Each pump delivers an output pressure of 0.6 MPa and a head of 60 m when used with clean water. It is adept at transporting media with temperatures up to 80°C, extendable to 150°C under special conditions.
