One end of this gooseneck elegantly connects to the wash pipe assembly, designed to withstand super high pressure. It plays a pivotal role in sealing high-pressure mud, boasting a self-sealing and quick disassembly feature. When maintenance calls for replacement, simply remove the covers of the upper and lower packing to detach the entire assembly without dismantling the gooseneck and the mud hose. This design ensures easy cessation of drilling for replacement at any desired time during the drilling operation.
The opposing end of the gooseneck seamlessly interfaces with the mud hose, featuring a 4-inch female union with a Fig1003 thread type, ensuring a robust connection.
A vital mud prevention device is strategically installed at the junction of the main shaft and wash pipe, catering perfectly to site operation requirements.
      1. Rotating Head
A comprehensive rotating head system is incorporated, capable of independent rotation from the main shaft. The elevator links are adeptly suspended on the link adaptor, enhancing operational efficiency.
