Based on rich experience in maintenance for Top Drives of various models of international brands and many years of production and sales experience,now HERIS is launching a new project that integrates design, manufacturing, sales, and technical services---Our own Top Drive System;  DQ20B-VSP,DQ30B-VSP,DQ30BQ-VSP,DQ40B-VSP, DQ50B-VSP, DQ50BQ-VSP, DQ70BS-VSP ,which are suitable for various types of drilling rigs.
VSP top drive system, based on the pursuit of high reliability as the core conceptual design, was developed and produced through the optimization of the design and production system.
The Top Drive System is a new style drilling system,which is used to replace the Traditinal Drilling Equipment. It is intergrated with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic technology and has advanced automation level, which represent the highest level and the direction of the Drilling equipment development in 21st Century.
Top Drive System has been the standard equipment in the international Drilling Industry.

DQ40B-VSP Product Overview:
Core advantages of electric AC variable frequency top drive:
High efficiency, energy saving and low energy consumption
The permanent magnet synchronous AC variable frequency motor is used to directly drive the main shaft, without the need for a reduction gearbox, and the energy consumption is reduced by 20%~30% compared with the traditional asynchronous motor. The cooling system is smaller and has lower noise .
