Function:

1. Power transmission and rotation control: Revolutionize your drilling process by driving the drill pipe directly, eliminating the outdated rotary operation mode. This allows for a seamless speed adjustment range of 0-228rpm and delivers a maximum torque output of 51500N·m, perfectly accommodating varied drilling formations.

2. Drilling fluid circulation channel: Engineered with a Φ127-178mm hollow spindle, this feature enables the synchronized execution of rotary drilling and drilling fluid circulation. With an impressive pressure resistance of 690BAR, it guarantees thorough wellbore cleaning and enhances well control safety.

3. Safety and automatic operation: Equipped with an advanced remote control internal blowout preventer (IBOP) and torque overload protection, this system ensures operational safety. It automatically shuts down when limits are exceeded, such as when the torque reaches the 55000ft-lbs threshold.
Experience efficient drilling with the ability to support continuous 28-meter stand roots, cutting the connection time for single roots by two-thirds. This capability allows for rapid drill tool connections at any well depth, significantly minimizing the risk of getting the drill stuck.

   Daily maintenance:
   1. Sealing system inspection: Regularly inspect the wear on the rotary joint sealing surface, ensuring normal wear remains within 10mm. Immediate seal replacement is necessary if any three-point intermittent tracks or scratches are detected.
   2. Monitor the leakage of drilling fluid. Should the carbide sealing surface exhibit leakage, it's crucial to shut down the machine for immediate processing.
   3. Lubrication management: Ensure the main shaft bearing is adequately lubricated using high-temperature grease, such as NLGI grade 2. Inject oil through the nozzle every 8 hours, and clean the oil nozzle prior to oiling to prevent contamination.
   
   Monthly maintenance:
   1. Disassemble the gooseneck for internal corrosion checks. Conduct ultrasonic flaw detection to monitor wall thickness reduction, maintaining safety thresholds at or above 80% of the original thickness.
   2 Test the hydraulic system pressure, ensuring the floating cylinder stroke error remains within 5mm.
   
   Quarterly deep maintenance:
   1. Undertake a comprehensive replacement of all seals within the rotary head adapter groove (10 in total), employing a special guide tool during installation to prevent seal lip flanging.
   2. Clean the hydraulic oil filter thoroughly and inspect for any metal shavings on the oil channel's inner wall. Abnormal deposits could indicate potential gearbox wear.
