Empowered by an AC frequency conversion asynchronous motor, the top drive seamlessly achieves AC frequency conversion drive, ensuring optimal performance.
      1. Main Motor and Air Cooling System
The main motor is a bespoke single top drive special AC frequency conversion asynchronous motor delivering an impressive power of 290KW. Key technical parameters include:

Specially crafted for well logging, our gooseneck assembly employs corrosion-resistant liners and nuts to effectively block the upper high-pressure mud pipeline, preventing mud overflow during drilling.
The gooseneck connects seamlessly with the wash pipe assembly, featuring a super high-pressure structure crucial for sealing high-pressure mud. It incorporates a self-sealing, rapid disassembly design, allowing for effortless maintenance. Simply open the upper and lower packing cover to remove the entire device effortlessly without detaching the gooseneck and mud hose. This innovative setup allows for easy cessation of drilling operations for necessary replacements at any time during the drilling process without hassle.
At the heart of our system, the gooseneck's other end seamlessly connects to the mud hose with precision, utilizing a robust 4-inch female connection. This connection is further fortified with a Fig1003 thread type union, ensuring reliability under high-pressure conditions.
Engineered with precision, a state-of-the-art mud prevention device ensures optimal functionality at the critical junction of the main shaft and wash pipe, perfectly suited for on-site operations.
      1. Rotating Head
Designed with versatility in mind, our advanced rotating head system operates independently of the main shaft, effortlessly aligning with the elevator links. The elevator links find their perfect balance, elegantly suspended on the sophisticated link adaptor.
Experience unparalleled smoothness with our worm gear transmission structure, promising seamless driving motion.
The rotating head features unlimited rotational capabilities, offering a full 360° rotation in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions, synchronizing the elevator link and elevator to efficiently handle single pipes in the mouse hole and triple stems on the monkey board. This ensures precision and efficiency on the monkey board.
Powered by a cutting-edge hydraulic motor system, the rotating head utilizes the renowned Danfoss cycloid motor, delivering a controlled speed range of 2 to 5 revolutions per minute.
      1. Tilt System
Our innovative tilt cylinder empowers the elevator link to swing with finesse, facilitating both forward and backward tilts. The forward tilt function extends the elevator to the mouse hole and monkey board with precision. During drilling operations, the backward tilt ensures the back up tong's lower end surface aligns closely with the drilling platform, maximizing the utilization of the drilling tool.
The tilt range is finely tuned to the elevator link length, boasting a forward angle of 30° and an adjustable backward tilt angle of 55°.
