Floating pin mechanism: Designed for precision, the spring-supported floating pin automatically compensates for any displacement deviation during thread engagement, enhancing the accuracy of both make-up and break-out operations.

2. Hydraulic drive system
Hydraulic cylinder and piston: An ingenious solenoid valve deftly manages the oil circuit direction, causing the piston to glide and the jaw support to extend or retract, thus flawlessly executing the clamping and release sequence.
Sealing technology: This high-performance clamp incorporates an innovative oil pouring cup with a leak-proof structure, complemented by a cutting-edge back-clamp sealing pin. These features work seamlessly to significantly minimize the risk of hydraulic oil leakage, ensuring enhanced operational safety and reliability.

3. Clamping actuator
Replaceable jaw module: The jaw has been expertly optimized and validated through ANSYS static analysis to effectively diminish stress concentration on the drill pipe. This design supports swift and efficient replacement, allowing adaptation to drill pipes across a wide range of specifications (φ87~φ203mm).
Anti-loosening device: This clamp boasts a robust mechanical anti-loosening mechanism paired with a sophisticated dual PLC control system, guaranteeing secure operation by preventing accidental clamp release during drilling activities.

4. Auxiliary function components
Shock absorption system: Equipped with an integrated shock absorption spring and guide shaft, this system is engineered to absorb the vibrational energy of the drill string, thereby safeguarding the integrity of the clamp's structure.
Anti-torque frame: Designed with precision, this frame effectively transmits anti-torque to the Top Drive body via a rigid connection, ensuring stable and consistent operational performance.
