      1. Main Motor and Air Cooling System
The main motor is uniquely designed as a single top drive special AC frequency conversion asynchronous motor, boasting a commendable power of 290KW. Key technical parameters include:

The gearbox features involute hard tooth surface gears with secondary bevel gears for stable transmission, boasting a transmission ratio of 11.91:1. Lubrication is achieved through a combined method of splash lubrication and forced lubrication via oil pump circulation, ensuring smooth operation.
      1. Gooseneck Assembly
The gooseneck is innovatively crafted for well logging, utilizing corrosion-resistant liners and nuts during drilling to seal the upper high-pressure mud pipeline, effectively preventing mud overflow.
One end of the gooseneck connects seamlessly with the wash pipe assembly. Designed for super high pressure, it's integral to sealing high-pressure mud, adopting a self-sealing and rapid disassembly structure. When wear necessitates replacement of the wash pipe and packing, simply remove the cover of the upper and lower packing to effortlessly detach the entire device without needing to remove the gooseneck and mud hose, streamlining the process of pausing drilling to replace components at any stage during the drilling process, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
The opposite end of the gooseneck boasts a seamless connection with the mud hose, utilizing a robust 4-inch female interface. This reliable union is equipped with Fig1003 threading for secure attachment.
A cutting-edge mud prevention device is strategically installed between the main shaft and the wash pipe, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with site operation standards.
      1. Rotating Head
