How long is the Warranty Period?
Our warranty periods vary depending on the product category, providing tailored coverage for your specific needs.
Wearing parts come with a warranty period of 6 months post-factory departure, or 3 months upon receipt of goods, whichever is sooner.
General accessories boast an 18-month warranty from factory dispatch, or 12 months from receipt, ensuring extended peace of mind.
Large mechanical parts are backed by an impressive 24-month warranty after leaving the factory, or 18 months post-receipt, guaranteeing long-term reliability.
Are all Test reports and Certificates and COO supplied?
We provide specific test reports tailored to each product, ensuring transparency and assurance of quality.
For every product, comprehensive testing is conducted, including pressure tests, mechanical properties assessments, quenching and tempering, chemical composition analysis, and ultrasonic inspection reports, among others.
