How long is the Warranty Period?
The Warranty Period varies by product, ensuring tailored protection for your purchase.
Wearing parts come with a 6-month warranty post-factory, or 3 months after receipt, whichever is sooner.
General accessories enjoy an 18-month warranty from the factory, or 12 months from receipt.
Large mechanical parts boast a 24-month warranty from the factory, or 18 months from receipt.
Are all Test reports and Certificates and COO will be supplied?
We provide specific Test reports for each product, ensuring transparency and confidence in our offerings.
All necessary tests, including pressure tests, mechanical properties assessments, quenching and tempering, chemical composition analysis, and ultrasonic inspection reports, are meticulously conducted for every product.
