      1. Main Motor and Air Cooling System
The main motor is a single, specially designed top drive AC frequency conversion asynchronous motor with a remarkable power capacity of 290KW. The main technical parameters boast:

One end of the gooseneck seamlessly connects with the wash pipe assembly. When wear inevitably damages the wash pipe and packing, replacement is streamlined by merely opening the cover of the upper and lower packing to effortlessly remove the entire device without detaching the gooseneck and the mud hose. This user-friendly design allows for immediate cessation of drilling to facilitate replacement at any given time during the drilling operations.
The other end of this remarkable gooseneck is seamlessly connected with the mud hose. It boasts a robust 4-inch female union that ensures a secure and efficient connection. Designed with precision, the thread type employed here is the Fig1003, known for its reliability and strength.
Crafted for excellence, a sophisticated mud prevention device is strategically installed at the junction of the main shaft and the wash pipe, ensuring compliance with stringent site operation requirements.
      1. Rotating Head
This innovative system features one set of rotating head, engineered to operate independently from the main shaft. It offers seamless connectivity with the elevator links. Engineered to perfection, the elevator links are gracefully suspended on the link adaptor, ensuring smooth operations.
The adoption of a worm gear transmission structure ensures smooth and efficient power delivery, enhancing system performance.
The rotating head is designed for versatility and can dynamically rotate both clockwise and counterclockwise in a full 360°, effortlessly driving the elevator link and elevator to rotate in harmony. This allows for secure handling of the single pipe in the mouse hole and the triple stem on the monkey board, enhancing operational efficiency.
Empowered by a state-of-the-art hydraulic motor system, the rotating head is driven by the Danfoss cycloid motor, offering a speed range of 2 ~ 5 r/min for optimal performance.
      1. Tilt System
The tilt cylinder is crafted to perfection, enabling the elevator link to swing elegantly, realizing both forward and backward tilts. The forward tilt function allows the elevator to extend seamlessly to the mouse hole and the monkey board. During drilling operations, the backward tilt function is pivotal in ensuring the lower end surface of the backup tong is optimally close to the drilling platform, maximizing the use of the drilling tool.
