This instrument is the latest product from the United States at present. It features a small volume and light weight. It has changed the traditional sensor method and adopted a scissor-type sensor design, making the structure more reasonable and safe, and the installation and use faster, more flexible and convenient. Just directly clamp the sensor at the root of the dead rope, and pressure conduction can be achieved. The entire installation process only takes 3 - 5 minutes. It is mainly composed of a secondary weight indicator, a scissor-type sensor, and a high-pressure rubber hose. The total weight is only about one-third of that of the jz series weight indicators. It is suitable for drilling and workover operations below 3,000 meters. At present, it has been widely used in foreign downhole operations and workover work, but it has not been widely recognized and promoted in China. It is one of the replacement products for the dead rope anchor.
Composition of the product:
One 12-inch weight-on-bit secondary gauge, one adjustable damper, one scissor-type sensor [maximum dead line pull: 48,000 pounds (200 kN)], one 7.6-meter-long high-pressure rubber pipeline, and one hand-operated oil injection pump.
2. The scissor-type weight-on-bit gauge has two pointers. One indicates the hook load, and the other indicates the weight on the bit. (It can also be designed with a single pointer according to the user's requirements.)
The type is piston pressure gauge. The measurement range is 200 kN (kPa). The accuracy class is ±2.0%FS. The maximum working pressure is 0 - 600 kN (MPa). The applicable range is 4 - 1 - 1/4 (0 - 1000 kN).
