   1. Conduct regular inspections of the sealing system. Monitor the wear of the rotary joint sealing surface, ensuring normal wear remains ≤ 10mm. Replace seals immediately if three-point intermittent tracks or scratches are detected.
   2. Vigilantly monitor drilling fluid leakage. Immediate shutdown and processing are required if leakage occurs on the carbide sealing surface.
   3. Maintain optimal lubrication management. Utilize high-temperature grease (NLGI grade 2) for the main shaft bearing, injecting oil every 8 hours. Ensure the oil nozzle is clean before each use to prevent contamination.
   
   Monthly maintenance:
   1. Carefully disassemble the gooseneck for internal corrosion checks, and employ ultrasonic flaw detection to monitor wall thickness reduction, maintaining a safety threshold ≥ 80% of the original thickness.
   2. Test the hydraulic system to ensure pressure stability, with a floating cylinder stroke error kept within ≤ 5mm.
   
   Quarterly deep maintenance:
   1. Execute a comprehensive replacement of all seals within the rotary head adapter groove (total of 10), utilizing a specialized guide tool for installation to prevent sealing lip flanging.
