   2. Keep a watchful eye on drilling fluid leaks. Should the carbide sealing surface exhibit leakage, a prompt system shutdown and processing is necessary.
   3. Lubrication management: The main shaft bearing demands premier high-temperature grease like NLGI grade 2. Routine oil injection every 8 hours via the oil nozzle is crucial, ensuring cleanliness to avert contamination.
   
   Monthly maintenance:
   1. Disassemble the gooseneck to scrutinize internal corrosion, utilizing ultrasonic flaw detection to assess any reduction in wall thickness, ensuring safety thresholds remain ≥ 80% of original measurements.
   2. Periodically test the hydraulic system pressure, ensuring the floating cylinder stroke error remains ≤ 5mm for optimal performance.
   
   Quarterly deep maintenance:
   1. Execute a comprehensive seal replacement within the rotary head adapter's groove; there are 10 seals in total. Employ specialized guide tools during installation to prevent seal lip flanging, ensuring a flawless fit.
